Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Time Frame: You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unlit, unmodified, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.

  • Exclusions: The following items are non-returnable:

    • Custom or personalized candles

    • Clearance or sale items

    • Gift cards

    • Used or burned candles

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at evernorthcandles@gmail.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for the return
    • Clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
  2. Wait for our response within 2 business days with further instructions.
  3. If approved, carefully package the item and send it to the address provided.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

     

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

     

  • Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error.

     

Exchanges

  • If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, we’ll gladly send a replacement.

     

  • We may require photos of the issue for verification.

     

  • Replacement items will be shipped out at no extra cost once the return has been approved.

     

Damaged or Defective Items

If your candle arrives broken, melted, or otherwise defective:

  • Email us within 7 days of delivery

     

  • Include your order number and photos of the issue

     

  • We’ll assess the situation and offer a refund, store credit, or replacement

     

 Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they haven’t shipped yet.

     

  • To cancel, email us at evernorthcandles@gmail.com with your order number.

     

  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

     

Important Notes

  • All returns must be shipped back to our studio; return address will be provided upon approval.

     

  • We currently do not offer free return shipping unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
